A 'Disappearing 9 patch' cushion
Region 3 had a very successful workshop making 'disappearing 9 patch' cushions. The children are becoming confident and are able to sew very accurately on the sewing machines. They were aiming to perfect 1/4" seams.
Ethan brought along a favourite shirt that no longer fitted him and used it make his cushion....great recycling and a true patchworker! Well done to the group!
